Hole-in-the-wall bars, locals-only counters, and the occasional cursed snack. A private tour with someone who actually lives here.
What this is
Iroha Yokocho. Bunka Yokocho. Tiny counters behind unmarked doors. Three to five hours of eating, drinking, and meeting the people who run the places only locals find.
A typical night
Every tour is different — but here's a flavour. We meet around 6:30pm and wander from spot to spot until you're full, happy, and ready for the karaoke gaggle to find you.

Sushi, sake, and small plates in a narrow lantern-lit alley.

Hidden counter bars with six seats, big personalities behind them.

A nightcap somewhere quiet, where the bartender takes their time.
